In my professional career I have had several leadership positions that have helped make me the leader I am and make me suited for the role I play in the company.
How do your personal values align with the company's mission and vision, and how have these values influenced your leadership style and decision-making?
I, myself, am a sport card collector who has seen firsthand what is wrong with the hobby, and I am looking forward to correcting these problems with this incredible team. As a leader and decision maker I have always wanted what is best for everyone, which is why I like to have everyone apart of every decision.
Can you share a memorable anecdote or experience that highlights your commitment to our company's success and your passion for the industry we operate in?
The experience that truly shows how committed I am to this team and idea is all of the hours I have put into it to help shape a random thought into what we have today.

What key professional achievements and milestones have shaped your career and contributed to your current role as an executive within our company?
Working in software development has taught me a lot about building and maintaining applications, but I have never personally built one full stack by myself. CardPool Trade has given me the opportunity to learn more about building applications and over coming huge challenges that I would have never imaged.
How do your personal values align with the company's mission and vision, and how have these values influenced your leadership style and decision-making?
When designing CardPool Trade I knew we had to be different. I am making an app that people can trust and rely on to keep their information safe. While building the app I researched all of the third-party sources we use to make sure that your data within the app will continue to be private.
Can you share a memorable anecdote or experience that highlights your commitment to our company's success and your passion for the industry we operate in?
When Robey first brought me the idea of CardPool Trade we were in the dining hall of our student union, and he just had some drawings on a piece of paper. Eventually, when the three of us got together for the first time I knew this was going to be a hit because we all not only have a commitment to the company and our customers, but also each other.

Leveraging my experience in previous marketing and leadership related opportunities, I was able to create and execute marketing strategies as well as aiding in business functions, significantly impacting our value proposition and market launch.

My commitment to a fair and honest business model resonates deeply with our company's vision of creating the most effective platform possible, driving me to work with our team to identify key areas within the market that we can capitalize on.
